How do I sign up for Bill Pay

Log onto www.tuscolanational.com Online Banking.  Click on "Payment Manager" and follow the prompts.  Your application will be forwarded to Tuscola National Bank and you will get a response within a few days.

You can login to our secure website to check your account balances, view current transactions, view transaction history, transfer funds from one Tuscola National account to another, pay bills, order savings bonds, and much more!

Are my transactions safe?

Yes.  128-bit encryption by Verisign ensures security.  Security walls, encryption systems and password checks allow only you to access your account with secure user name and password that you set.

What accounts can I view online?

You can view any Tuscola National Bank account, including checking, savings, CD's, IRA, loan accounts which you are listed as the primary owner or co-owner.

Yes.  You can download your account infomations and transactions to most personal financial software, including Quicken and Microsoft Money.

All balances are real-time balances and reflect up to the minutes transactions.

Are there fees with Tuscola National's internet banking?

Tuscola National's basic internet banking service is FREE!  TNB's internet banking package includes everything except Bill Pay, which can also be free by accepting an E-mail statement only.  Contact our customer service department for details.

What if I forget my password?

Users have 3 tries to login before their password is locked out.  After 3 tries, the customer will select the "Forgot your password" button on the sign in screen.  If password cannot be changed here call Tuscola National's customer service department at 217-253-4711.

Can I place a stop payment online?

Yes.  Stop payments may be placed on checks you have written.  Our normal fee is $25.00 and will be charged on all stop payments.

What is Tuscola National Bank's Bill Pay?

TNB Bill Pay is an optional service available through Tuscola National Bank Online Banking.  This service allows you to pay your bills electronically through Tuscola National Bank Online Banking.  You can set up one time payments, “on demand” payments, or recurring bill payments.  No longer will you have to spend the time to write checks and deliver them to the post office.  After setting up your payees with your first payment, additional payments are as easy as clicking on your payee, entering the amount you would like to pay, and clicking “submit”.

Is there a charge for Tuscola National's Bill Pay Service?

If you sign up to receive your statements via e-mail, Bill Pay is FREE for the first 10 Bill Pays per month.  There is a $.55 charge for every Bill Pay after the 10 transaction.  If you Do Not elect to receive an E-mail statement their will be a $4.50 per month charge.

What bills can I pay and is there anyone I can't pay?

 You can pay any person or entity with an address in the United States .  However, you cannot use Tuscola National Bank Bill Pay to make payments to the IRS or court ordered payments.  

NOTE:  While most payees can be paid by using Tuscola National Bank Bill Pay, we reserve the right to refuse certain payees.

You can schedule any weekly, monthly, or 1 time payments up to 1 year in advance.
